As a Printify partner, we adhere to their print-on-demand guidelines for refunds and replacements. Please review the following details regarding our refund policy:

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds and replacements are available only for damaged products or in cases of manufacturing errors.

  • We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products ordered in the wrong size, color, or if the customer has a change of mind.

Refund Process

If you encounter an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Printify: Use the "Submit issue" form provided by Printify within 30 days of product delivery. Ensure you include a clear photo showing the issue for assessment.

  2. Evaluation: Printify will review your request and determine if it qualifies for a refund or replacement based on their guidelines.

  3. Refund Issuance: If your request is approved, Printify will issue a refund to your Printify account balance. You can then withdraw this amount to transfer it back to your original payment method, considering any currency conversion if applicable.

Note: If your selected billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD), please be aware that the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.


  • Printify will not be held responsible for or offer replacements or refunds for orders with incorrect size or color selections by the customer.

  • In cases of unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.

  • For DTG products, minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are considered within tolerance and will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
